To maintain entire Party & Vendor’s business details for the further communications and Businesses.
HR Section
To maintain Inward resumes, walk-in, interviewed and joined employee’s details.
Lab Section
To maintain Lab final shade & its denomination with unique ID number to support production department.
Lot Section
It consists of entire inward, return, Order form, Work order, Batch / Lot and Cheese winding records. Every record will be maintained with unique ID and its located warehouse details.
Processing Section
Machine wise production schedule can be recorded on individual Job Card and its entire dyes & chemicals usage records to maintain stocks. Every job card will be calculated its Cost of production via consumed materials.
Delivery Section
Hydro, Dryer, cone winding, Packing and Delivery department’s scheduled, completed and pending lots details. It can be monitored its Running time via TASKS.
Store Section
By entering every inward, outward and Usage of materials - store section manage and maintaining every material’s stock position to place purchase orders accordingly.
Costing Section
Management can calculate & produce Quotation for the Price of Colour with basic entries easily. It helps to compare with multiple vendor’s products & price.
Reports
It helps to view, monitor the entire pending, scheduled, Running, inward, outward, stock, shortage notification, finished reports. Especially running duration, cost of production reports and what not to monitor entire departments at a single click.
Accounting Section
Quotation, GST Invoice, Expenses and outstanding reports with vendor and clients details.
Attendance Section
Departmentwise Employees attendance, contractor's work details, Leave, Salary details with detailed report
